My Work

As an artist and a playwright I am drawn to mythical, poetic, and archetypal narratives. I believe in the transformative power of language– particularly verse– to illuminate our modern spiritual and moral dilemmas.

As a formal poet, I am inspired by writers such as Timothy Steele, Christina Rossetti, A.E. Stallings. I am currently seeking publication for a full length poetry collection.

Poetry also plays a central role in my dramatic work, where I often combine traditional iambic verse with contemporary dialect and speech. I am interested in exploring the unexpected, the eternal, and the absurd in my plays— bridging contemporary truth with myth.
